Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (hereinafter 'Policy') defines the conditions and procedure for refunding payments for the Focus24 service subscription (hereinafter 'Service').
Free trial period: All new users receive 7 days of free access to all Service features. You can evaluate the Service risk-free before subscribing.
1. General Provisions
The Service operator is LLC 'Nauchnaya Studia' (hereinafter 'Operator').

2. Trial Period
Upon registration, each user receives a free trial period of 7 days.
- During the trial period, full Service functionality is available
- No payment is required until the trial period ends
- You can cancel subscription at any time before the trial period ends without any obligations
- Trial period is provided once per user
3. Consumer Rights to Refund

3.1. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee
We provide a 14 calendar day money back guarantee from the moment of first subscription payment.
14-day guarantee: If you paid for a subscription but for any reason decided that the Service is not for you — simply contact us within 14 days of payment, and we will refund 100% of the subscription cost.
3.2. Refund after 14 days
After the 14-day period expires, refunds are made in the following cases:
- Technical issues — if the Service is not functioning due to our fault for more than 72 consecutive hours
- Significant functionality change — if we removed key features you paid for
- Erroneous payment — double charge or charge after subscription cancellation
In these cases, refund is made proportionally to the unused subscription period.
3.3. Cases when refund is not made
- More than 14 days have passed since payment (except cases in section 3.2)
- User actively used the Service during the paid period
- Subscription was paid using a promo code with more than 50% discount
- User account was blocked for Terms of Service violation Section3 3 Link
- Refund request is related to circumstances beyond Operator's control (internet speed, outdated equipment, incompatible browser)

5. Refund Procedure
To request a refund, follow these steps:

In the email, include: account email, payment date, reason for refund -
Wait for response
We will review the request within 3 business days and contact you -
Receive funds
After approval, refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the card used for payment
6. Refund Timeframes
- Request review: up to 3 business days
- Refund processing: up to 5 business days after approval
- Card credit: up to 10 business days (depends on bank)

7. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time in account settings. Upon cancellation: Section7 Link. Upon cancellation:
- Access to Service is maintained until the end of the paid period
- Automatic renewal will be disabled
- Refund for unused period is not made (except cases specified in section 3)

8. Consumer Rights for Poor Quality
In accordance with Art. 29 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, upon discovery of service defects, consumer has the right to demand:
- Free elimination of service defects
- Corresponding reduction in service price
- Full compensation for damages caused by service defects
Consumer has the right to refuse contract performance and demand full compensation for damages if defects are not eliminated within the established period or significant service defects are discovered.
9. Dispute Situations and Rights Protection
If you disagree with the decision on your refund request:
9.1. Claim Procedure
- Send a written claim to support@focus24.pro marked 'Claim'
- Indicate the substance of the claim, circumstances, and your contact details
- Claim will be reviewed within 10 business days
- Response will be sent to the email you specified
9.2. Appeal to Regulatory Authorities
- Rospotrebnadzor: you can file a complaint at rospotrebnadzor.ru or at the territorial office
- Consumer Protection Society: you can seek consultation and assistance
9.3. Judicial Protection
In accordance with Art. 17 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law:
- Claims may be filed at the plaintiff's place of residence, defendant's location, or place of contract conclusion
- Consumers are exempt from state duty payment
- Upon satisfaction of claims, the court awards a penalty of 50% of the awarded amount from the defendant (clause 6, Art. 13 of the Law)
- Consumer has the right to demand compensation for moral harm
10. EU/EEA Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer from the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following additional rights:
- Right of withdrawal within 14 days: in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons
- ODR Platform: for online dispute resolution you can use the EU platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- Consumer protection: mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply
11. Applicable Law
This Policy is developed in accordance with:
- Russian Federation Law 'On Consumer Rights Protection' dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1
- Civil Code of the Russian Federation
- Federal Law 'On Personal Data' dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ
- For EU/EEA users: Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights
12. Policy Changes
The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. In case of significant changes, users will be notified by email or through a notification in the Service.
